What is a song split?
A song split uses AI to separate a mixed audio file into individual stems (vocals, drums, bass, etc.). Each upload that triggers stem separation counts as one split.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new limits. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens when I run out of splits?
Free Starter users get 2 one-time splits to try the platform. Paid plans include monthly splits that refresh each billing cycle. You can also purchase credit packs ($4.99 for 10 splits) on any plan — bonus credits never expire.
How does Teams setlist sharing work?
Teams plan members can share setlists via a link. Invited users can play the shared setlist directly — the songs stream from the owner's storage, so they don't need to re-import or use their own splits.
